With a blended base of Eco-Systemic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches, I’ll help you move through and away from negative emotions and experiences.
I emphasize natural strengths and encourage awareness of your relationship with yourself, with immediate family, and within the context of your community.
With a Trauma-Informed approach, the blueprint for your ‘therapy map’ is then created.
Depending upon your personality, circumstances, and learning style, I apply techniques from varying evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Expression, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFS), Mindfulness, Structural Family Therapy, Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
