Hello!
Thank you for visiting.
I thought it might be helpful for me to share a little personal info about myself to round out the professional emphasis.
I’m a New Orleans native. During my adult years, I’ve explored and have lived in different places, yet I can only call one place my true home, and that is New Orleans.
I’ve often been asked what inspired me to become a therapist. I can honestly say that from an early age, I’ve been very curious about our connections with others, the expression of creativity, and relationship patterns with ourselves and others. The field is vast and constantly evolving. Finding my niche (s) within it felt like a part of the natural flow of my own evolution.
I find true Joy during those moments with clients when a new clarity strikes and a sense of relief emerges.
My favorite things to do? I love working outside in the garden, listening to music, watching live music, and swimming in pools, lakes, and the ocean.
